Large Party Planning 

Please note all packages are a starting point, in case additional services are required.

Full Planning Package 

Before the Wedding

  • Full communication through email and phone contact throughout all business hours.

  • Personalized vendor list and planning recommendations based on your vision and budget. 

  • Communication and coordination assistance with all vendors and rentals (linens, table settings, etc.) 

  • Mood Board and Design Plan 

  • Month to month meeting; planning, design, budget guidance, vendors, and over all check-ins. 

  • Creation of ceremony and reception layout, floor plan, and timeline including all vendor information and distribution. 

  • Full communication with vendors. 

  • One hour consultation one month prior to review final details and questions. May include site evaluation and walk-through if available via phone, zoom or in person.

  • Wedding Rehearsal Run through (one-hour time allowance) 

Day Of Your Event:

  • 10-14 Hour Coordinate entire timeline throughout all events; ceremony, dinner, first dance, cake cutting, toasts etc.  

  • One additional assistant to help with coordination tasks. 

  • Access to Wedding Planners Emergency Kit. 

  • Supervise the setup of tables, linens, chairs, table settings, and pre-made center pieces or additional décor. 

  • Set up cake table, place cards, guest favors, and bridal table décor.

  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout the ceremony and reception.

  • Wedding party finishing touches and preparations; pinning boutonnieres, distributing wedding bouquets, dress check.  

  • Greet and direct guests. 

  • Direct the ceremony timeline. 

  • Transportation of gifts and other decor to reception. 

  • Cake cutting, plating, and serving if needed. 

  • Ensure gifts as well as any other personal items (cake knife, campaign flutes, guest books, and marriage license) arrive at the designated after wedding locations as agreed upon at previous consolation.  

  • Clean-up of event per location requirements and organization of your take home décor and personal items. 

  • Follow Up Meeting for any concluding topics or questions.
